Gee, Germany wanting to control the thinking of all their citizens; what else is new. Adolph Hitler knew the mindset of Germany and played it for all it was worth. That why they got along with Japan. Both societies are xenophobic hive mentalities and believe they are above the rest of the world. The German train of thought does not believe the master race could be wrong.
The biggest problem here is the deception the left is going to to make a case against the 2nd amendment. During the Clinton administration two 40 ft. containers of AK-47 arrived from China. They were going to gangs in the US. Luckily a sharp customs agent had the containers opened because the weight did not jive with the stated contents. Now we have another democrat as president and we got Fast and Furious and 3 other unnamed gunrunning operations to garner support for anti-gun legislation. Then of course we have Sandy Hook which stinks of anti-gun manipulation of facts. Now Fienstein has her assault rifles, shotguns and pistols which only exist in her mind. I suggest she needs to get an assault vibrator and leave the gun owners alone.
The Bill of Rights is a section of the Constitition of the United States. The Constitution of the United Sates was written to limit the power of the proposed Federal Government. There were ten amendments added to the charter or license granted by the original 13 states to establish and operate a Federal Government which spelled in very concise language the rights of every citizen in the United States. The first ten amendments are absolute rights that the Federal Government is not permitted to abridge, infringe or nullify. They have never been given the power to do so. The tenth amendment specifically says that anything that the Federal Government is not specifically given in the Constitution is reserved for the states or the people.

"Profus Appology" it will never happen. However I am sure they will invent some way to justify all the shootings of innocent people.

"Cultured" "Civilized" what part of Kalifornia do you live in? I live in Kalifornia and I watch the degeneration of this state and plan to get out the instant I retire. Next time you are on I-5 swing over to between the I-5 and SR-99 north of Fresno and south of Stocton. Make a wrong turn and you will be in a "feral zone". Go see what I am taking about. Every institution in this state is failing. Crime is increasing every day. Dorner is an example of how ineffective our police have become. Kalifornia is the only state west of the Mississippi that is not shall issue or Constitutional carry and our crime rate shows it.

It's not the business owners that voted California into this mess, it is the Democrat controlled legislature voted in year after year by half the illegal aliens in the US and 1/3 of the welfare recipients in the US. They all vote here. To keep feeding their constituants the free money they have taxed businesses to death or to the point of packing up and leaving. This last election had over 1.5 million fraudulent votes cast all for Democrats.

Mistaking two women for one black man is a difficult thing to justify. Putting 37 bullet holes in a bright light colored metalic blue Chevy 1500 pick-up when they are looking for a dark grey or blue Nissan Titan is also absurd. The cops are either very stupid or scared s**tless. California citizens should take note of this that the police cannot catch one man when the police and sheriff deputies from 5 counties, the California Highway patrol, Border Patrol and the military are looking for him. It's about time California goes shall issue because the police have demonstrated how really ineffective they are.

Has it occured to anyone that the media and the left wing establishment are justifying Dorner's murders to ecourage others to do the same. The media and the left wing in our government not only covered the all mass school shootings they embelished them to give them more anti-gun impact. When the father of one of the Sandy Hook victims could not be dramatic enough to convey the left wing message the left wing media used an actor. That fraud was not denounced by the federal government. It is a well known fact that fomer police are at the top of the Feds domestic terrorist list. What better publicity than to have a former policeman go on a murder spree. Make him a folk hero and you will encourage others to follow his example for political gain

I think it is ironic that Feinstein is so hung up with the "Assault Rifle " terminology. The name "Assault Rifle" was coined by Adolph Hitler when he first shot the Stg44. Any gun owner is aware she is hypeing the "Assault" word with her new designation of "Assault Pistols" and "Assault Shotguns" to vilify the better weapons for self defense. Someone needs to get the current disgrace in Washington to understand that the Constitution is a document to limit the Federal Government to only those functions specifically granted to the Feds in the document and and the Bill of Rights constitutes ten amendments that specify the rights of the people that the Federal Government may infringe, abridge or modify in any way.

I have an addict son in the Avenal Prison run by the state of California. Their water is rationed, they eat sack lunches 3 times a day and basics like TP, tooth paste and soap are hard to come by. The yard is lit by temporary light plants. The State of California is broke and can't afford to house the present inmate population. They operate the prisons the same as they operate everything; with no thought or planning. There are about 110 state funded organizations that the State has said there will be no cuts in their budget. Governor Moonbeam has said the only place we can cut the budget is police, fire, highways, prisons and education.
