Are 60 votes required after conference? I have a bad feeling the "moderates" will vote "just to allow debate" and then support a "moderated" senate version to send to conference. Then the conference will just come back with the liberal house version and the "vulnerable moderates" in the senate can vote against it for cover. That way they will be able to run in their states as having opposed the Health Care bill.
