The only way this law will be repealed is if we as conservatives lead the charge to regain the Senate. Harry Reid won't let an attempt to repeal see the light of day.

I predict that even IF the GOP wins the Senate - and it will be a narrow majority - what will actually happen after all the self-congratulatory rhetoric, is they will "nibble around the edges" of the legislation and in the end much of the really bad **** will remain intact.

Adler and I claim that Congress specifically, repeatedly, and unambiguously precluded the IRS from imposing those taxes or issuing those subsidies through federal “fallback”...
