Ron Paul is a non-interventionist, not an isolationist! The isolationists are the ones who are always picking fights with nutball governments while alienating the people of the world who don't what to be involved in the governments ridiculous disputes. Could we go to these other countries and perhaps ask them to help us 'protect them' by picking up the bill for these over seas bases? I expect they would laugh in our faces! We are 'saving the world' into bankruptcy. At which point the American public will finally see how grateful the world is. NOT! As for the drug war... Let's see. Alcohol and tobacco products kill 500,000 people a year. How well do you think the criminalizating of these dangerous drugs would work for America?

Paul wants to end aid to Israel

David130 Wrote: Oct 19, 2011 2:05 PM
Let's see if Israel is a net winner or loser under Ron Paul. 1) For every Dollar in foreign Aid that Israel loses from the USA, Israel's Arab neighbors lose seven dollars in foreign aid. Since Israel has to increase their spending more than a dollar (ie, more than the aid the USA gives them), in response to the aid given their neighbors, Israel is a net winner financially if we stop aid to everyone. 2) The micro-management that the USA tries to extend over Israel's policies is not really any more helpful than the mirco-management the USA government extends over our lives and businesses here in American. 3) American needs to stop pretending that we are the 51'st state of Israel. 4) Citizens of Arab countries resent our aid to everyone.

"If they started to cite climate scientists, and without misquoting or truncating quotes, then I'd take a look."... Okay... check out "SPECIAL REPORT: More Than 1000 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made Global Warming Claims - Challenge UN IPCC & Gore" (http://www.climatedepot.com/a/9035/) I still note that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE is willing to take up my original challenge for a world wide debate on AGW using Wikia technology.

borders and a welfare state. * End Birthright Citizenship – As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be granted U.S. citizenship, we’ll never be able to control our immigration problem. * Protect Lawful Immigrants – As President, Ron Paul will encourage legal immigration by streamlining the entry process without rewarding lawbreakers. As long as our borders remain wide open, the security and safety of the American people are at stake. As President, Ron Paul will address immigration by fighting for effective solutions that protect our nation, uphold the rule of law, and respect every American citizen’s civil liberties.

The following is from Ron Paul's 2012 campaign's site (http://www.ronpaul2012.com/the-issues/immigration/) If elected President, Ron Paul will work to implement the following common sense reforms: * Enforce Border Security – America should be guarding her own borders and enforcing her own laws instead of policing the world and implementing UN mandates. * No Amnesty - The Obama Administration’s endorsement of so-called “Comprehensive Immigration Reform,” granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, will only encourage more law-breaking. * Abolish the Welfare State – Taxpayers cannot continue to pay the high costs to sustain this powerful incentive for illegal immigration. As Milton Friedman famously said, you can’t have open...

Glad to see so much debate on AGW! So again, I say LET US ALL call for a world wide debate using Wikia technology to discuss AGW. The following would be a good start. http://ultimateglobalwarmingchallenge.com/ http://www.climate-skeptic.com/ http://www.climatewiki.org/wiki/Main_Page I also note again that during the Medieval Warming Period the population very quickly DOUBLED! If you like people this might be considered a good thing,... don't ya' think? I would be alot more impressed with the AGW folks if they would acknowledge the existence of the Medieval Warming Period, and that just maybe, a warmer planet might have some positive attributes as well. Seriously folks,... don't allow the AGW alarmists to keep ducking this debate!!!!!

Stop letting the Chicken littles duck this debate! I Call for a world wide debate using Wikia technology to discuss AGW. But only the Skeptics will come. What does that tell you about who has the strongest argument? http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul537.html http://ultimateglobalwarmingchallenge.com/ http://www.climate-skeptic.com/ http://www.climatewiki.org/wiki/Main_Page Question: Why is Greenland called Greenland? Doesn't seem green today. But when the vikings discovered Greenland a thousand years ago the world was undergoing the Medieval Warming Period. Grass grew in Greenland in such quantities the Vikings could raise sheep and cattle there. Try doing that today. World human populations doubled! But I forget. People...

...but that would mean very simply the total collapse of the economic system of the U.S. and a worldwide depression to rival the 1930s. Michael, this is what is already happening right now! Kicking the can down the road is no longer an option anymore. We need to FIX this debt problem and not just keep on increasing it. After we have hyperinflation it will be too late! Remember when Gold was $20 an ounce? It’s now over $1600 with no end in sight. The present agreed upon plan with increase our debt by at least another $7,000,000,000,000! Even the Republican’s plan does not give us a balanced budget for more than a decade! Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate talking about actually fixing this problem and not just passing it on to...
