Don't really have any suggestions. I was just curious as to the justification for those particular years. To be honest i don't really believe there is any solution short of another depression. Because I don't see any one really serious about solving any of these issues. We had a golden opportunity to impose discipline on the ruling class- and didn't. Rewarded the flakes and non-serious among them.instead.
