My experience is in police work. A True Case:
A female officer who is assigned to investigate applicants is caught claiming overtime that she did not work, and claiming miles she did not drive. Now when the force was male only, that would have been a "Firing Offense", because it is lying, which you do not do in police work.

The Sergeant assembles the case and it goes up the chain to his Division Assistant Commander. The Commander says "We are not doing anything with that"
