Yeah and Roberts is a "conservative", right? Maybe this S.C. decision will wake more folks up, especially so-called "Conservatives". I mean, that John Roberts is on the court at all is NOT because of a "liberal" president's nomination, or huge "Liberal" support for him. This "Conservative" Chief Justice has now put his stamp of approval on another increase of the power of the federal government to TAKE, uh, er, TAX, I meant to say...but really, when it comes down to it, TAX and TAKE can mean the same thing....sort of like "Liberal" and "Conservative" now seem to. All this could be described as lunacy. It makes no sense, and apparently doesn't have to, especially to those bent on maintaining their hold on power.

But Romney has to make the case. He needs to link the anemic jobs and economic situation to the Obamacare tax, spend, and regulate fiscal drag. And he has to add to that mix the dangers to our freedoms embodied in Justice John Roberts’s expansion of the power to tax our personal behavior.
