Unearned??? You mean they created nothing, offered jobs to no one, took everything they got from others??? If Sam's employees qualify for food stamps, why don't they get a better job? No one is forcing them. What influence over the government?? The government controls just about everything right now. Yes, America was founded on a moral philosophy: the right to life, liberty, pursuit of ones own happiness. NOT handouts from a government that took the money by force.
If you listen to America's political hacks, mainstream media talking heads and their socialist allies, you can't help but reach the conclusion that the nation's tax burden is borne by the poor and middleclass while the rich get off scot-free.
