Should We Obey All Laws?

Absolutely right, Walter Williams! Of course it's unconstitutional. There is nothing on earth that can give some men the right to force other men to do ANYTHING. All that we owe to others is to respect their basic individual rights (and those rights do NOT include anything which others must provide). The government is just a bunch of men who are supposed to protect our rights.
Great article. How does one compromise between freedom and tyranny? I will agree that Congress should work with the President, and with each other, when someone can answer that question for me.

Yes! All entitlements are unconstitutional and contrary to the historical American character of self reliance and self responsibility. Nothing else works or ever will. Free people, free markets!

Great article. Can we please return to the vision of the Founders and the principles they established? We'll have a much better country, maybe even a much better world.

There's nobody likely to attack us?? Is he kidding? What does he think happened on September 11, 2001? I agree completely with him on domestic policy but on foreign policy he's on another planet. Daryn Kent-Duncan

Is Democracy Viable?

Darynkd Wrote: Mar 02, 2011 3:41 PM
Since democracy simply means majority rule, isn't it counter-productive to push democracy on anyone. We were supposed to be a Constitutional Republic and these countries need to have a government limited by their constitution. It is our misfortune that our government has in fact become a democracy and that is what has allowed horrors like the healthcare bill to be passed. It is certainly a violation of the liberties the Constitution was designed to protect. Daryn Kent-Duncan

Thank you Ben Shapiro. I hate Obama's vision for all the same reasons as you. In fact I am filled with rage at what he is trying to do to us.
