IF the goverment is paying for a project it costs more, like serveral years ago a list of overpriced handtools sold to the government. Example: regular plain screwdriver $300.00 Miliken Textiles in S.C. published the list and there were many bloated prices. I just happened to remember the screwdriver item.

On June 20th my faithful Sheltie (Shetland Sheep Dog)named Duncan had a serious kidney failure and had to be Euthanized. Duncan could do such tricks as catch a ball in him mouth, play soccer and when I whistled "Whispering" he would sing along.
He never appeared at the Met nor the Grand ole opry but those who heard him thought he was wonderful.
There were only two who attended his funeral, but tears of sorrow were shed as we laid him to rest in a marked grave on our back lot.
There were not thousands who mourned him but he will be missed more than Michael Jackson.
