Everyone... The President has no say whatsoever on Constitutional Amendments. They are proposed by Congress (2/3 vote) or by convention (2/3 states), and are then sent directly to the several states for ratification (3/4 vote).

Au contraire, mis amis: Granted, this is my own conclusion, but I do think now that we have crossed over the event horizon in politics, and are falling in towards the massive blackness. My posting these three simple, and hopefully well-known statements, across the spectrum of discussion is my way of saying "We've gone too far." I sincerely hope that everyone knows from whence these statements arise.
