I agree in part. W and the 2001-2006 congressional republicans were not fiscally conservative, and really squandered the mandate they had in 2002, but the fact that exit polls are still blaming Bush is due partly to the truth and partly to a steady diet of big lies, like the 2007-2008 congress never existed. like W represented fiscal conservatism.
