Well, it's no surprise that you'd rejoice in the likes of Bolton. Given that this is the guy who during his time and painfully inept UN ambassador is also a proponent for teaching *creationism* in school, calls climate change a conspiracy and rails against same-sex marriages. So yes, it makes sense that when he'd be your kind of guy: an angry and intolerant neanderthal.
In Pelosi's Congress, Rangel and Maxine Waters are held responsible for their ethics violations and dealt with in a non-partisan manner.

Now, contrast that with the GOP-controlled Congress a few years back and see how their stewardship of ethical standards was a pitiful sham. They set the coverup agenda when they voted in November 2004 to withhold any sanctions against Tom DeLay, then the House majority leader, even if he were to be indicted on a felony count. Naturally they held that vote in secrecy, just after the presidential election, because they represent honesty, transparency and apple pie. (Eventually a surge of public outrage forced them to restore the Democrats' old rule requiring an indicted member to step...

the idea of what you're doing" to Daisy Khan last December, in a segment entitled "New Islamic mosque at ground Zero?"

What changed between then and now - except an eminent election cycle and a dried up GOP?

Social Security is NOT broke - it will pay out fully until 2038 at least, and by then we will have fixed the mess Bush created when he recklessly plundered it. And yes, as Careful says, we'll increase taxes on the wealthiest to the rate they were taxed in the 90s AT LEAST to help do that - after all, they certainly did not do as we were PROMISED they'd do when the tax cuts went into effect.

Here's a thought: YOu clowns whine about "promises" you claim Obama made in his 19 mos. in office as he negotiates the clusterfox of economic land mines your team created for 8 years. What about the promises Bush made about the trickle down effect of tax cuts to the wealthy? Instead, that bonanza to the wealthiest during a SURPLUS screwed us...

Yes, NOTSO -- we ALL are coming here to check up on you. ALL OF US.

Better getcher guns and go hide in the tater cellar.
If you read the article, the tee shirt part is insignificant and probably due to the teabaggers gathering to harass the man and his family. The entire article speaks to people wanting to give him much deserved peace and rest - something you clowns wouldn't know about given that you loved your preznits dumb and clearing brush while al qaeda plotted.

Are you telling us the GOP was not in the majority AT ALL during the Bush administration? I think you are. That alone shows just how illegitimate your opinion is.

Either you are ignorant of the facts on Bush's tax cuts, or you are too partisan in your thinking to impart the truth to your peers. In fact, the Bush tax cuts were deficit-financed, which increased the national debt and resulted in greater interest payments on that debt.

The tax legislation enacted under President George W. Bush from 2001 through 2006 cost $2.48 TRILLION over the 2001-2010 period.
This includes the revenue loss of $2.11 trillion that resulted directly from the Bush tax cuts as well as the $379 billion in additional interest payments on the...
Give us your proof on the job losses since June 2009, Beek.

I'm betting you can't without having to stick your hand up Limbaugh's entrails to get it.

The fact is, only 41K jobs have been lost since the stimulus, and before that and before Obama was in office, the Republicans oversaw 8 MILLION jobs lost.

Get your facts straight or stop posting. Lies and deceit are not getting you guys anywhere.
