I completely feel for this family and believe that the publishing of this very personal photo should be in the hands of the family to make the decision. Yes, the AP can argue that the law does state the journalism is allowed to publish what their findings are; as well as, the army is run by part of the government which gives them some control of the photographs taken in action. I think it is sad to think that this AP’s opinion is that each soldier is just part of a bigger picture, and forgets that this is an individual with families and loved ones. However much the AP can argue she has the right to say the O.K to publish this, we can argue for sensory from the government. Since when are they not stepping in to protect the harsh images...
