Our constitution guarantees the right to carry a loaded firearm anywhere, including our capitol, and all eateries, stores, and other businesses that do not specifically ban them with signs on the doors. Those with such signs soon find they are losing business, and showing up on "avoid" lists posted all over the state.

Yes, there are many more firearm owners now than back when crime was off the charts nation wide, but even in places where the Socialist rein supreme, like the Republik's of Illinois, California, and Progressive island cities like the Big Apple, you find umbrella, walkingstick, mace, pepper-spray, and the old fashioned foot-to-the-balls have been employed to greater and greater extent. Criminals are finding their victims much harder to take down, and themselves much more likely to come to grief. I know, I have fought back successfully on five occations. Thugs are cowards, when faced with a fight.
