It seems to that if we take care of the poor's healthcare - a desirable goal; the pre-existing conditions - a desirable goal; and consider that great strides in medical care will create a widening chasm of cost and availability, the cost of health care is & will be very much greater than commentaries currently explain. I love the conservative, constitutional approach to political and economic decisions, but I have not a heard an adequate explpaination of how we will not arrive at a tiered society with differing levels of medical treatment for different levels of economic society. That seems unAmerican to me.
