A Sorry Complaint About Obama
Penned 'hand granades' are so pathetic. Let's see if we can stir up the conservatives by misrepresenting words and phrases and speeches and thereby present the idea that we're all a bunch of extremists. It was too boring to finish...pick and choose your words and recite them to yourself again and again...maybe you'll actually believe them yourself.
Yawn!!
Case For a Scythe?
Recent intensities in intellectual and sometimes mindless debates remind me of the saying that the dog that's fed the most wins the fight. Currently, liberalism has the gravy train at full mass, filling and dumping loads of ponzy-ized spending sprees at every depot in the country that leans in their direction philosophically. Can constitutional arguments resist this feeding of the non-constitutional hoards? George Will has presented another look at the teetering constitutional principles that seem so easily over run. We do have a dog in this fight and we need to feed it...true education of our founding documents is where to begin.
Will Senate Says Aloha to Racial Discrimination?
Everyday it's something new, stirring the pot of something old. Our politics has become a scramble over pieces of shattered dreams. No longer is the banner of hope our mainstay; on the contrary the DEMOCRATS (sorry Glen Beck) want the true banner to be hands shackled by dollar bills.
Onward, He Said, Regardless
Not to mention the ice cream might come melted on top of the over-done steak, and the flowers might arrive severely wilted.
Nothing these goods-deliverers say makes sense anymore. Their lawyerly ways have blinded their eyes to the truth. The truth cannot be 'counselled' away or litigated out of existence. I wish they could run Disney World, instead of this country. Perhaps then we might find a financial benefit to their utopian fantasies.
What Part of "Party of No" Don't You Understand?
After departing a position that paid decently and had great benefits, I found out real quick the difficulty of replacing our family health benefits. However, replacing the salary has been even more challenging. I wonder...shouldn't there be a national plan whereby I can continue receiving the pay I made without any pause...? That would be nice, don't you think? As to pre-existing conditions...the reasons health insurance companies reject applicants are laughable. They only want to insure groups made up of 90% healthy people, 2% fat people, 1% sick people and the rest average people. BUT THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT GOING TO FIX THIS: COMPETITION MUST FIX IT!!! Why can't we get this through our (and our politician's) thick skulls???
Obama, Free Markets, And Lots Of Pretending
Extremely intelligent??? You and what test proves that??
Obama, Free Markets, And Lots Of Pretending
Your article is 100% (1000% for 'us' unenlightened) correct. Intelligence, no matter how far-reaching, is still a part of a continuum, someone smart in one way can be incredibly stupid in another. Unfortunately the arrogance of our mental or behavioral skills can bleed over into areas of ignorance where it dresses itself up as something it is not. Obama has absolutely no business holding the position he is in, and until we can change that he is going to be bouncing around the halls of our national consciousness like some bad dream where everyday proves once again that we are being led by a truly arrogant numbskull.
