A bit thin-skinned aren't you Dick4260? You would let a so-called gaff that hurt your feelings keep you from voting for a person who you might have voted for before? I'm a retiree and I took no offense because I wasn't looking for something negative and I understood the situation that was going on. Too bad you didn't. And last, but not least ..... thank you for your service to our country. :-)

Me, too, M.K. It's those who are out to take down Romney who choose to take a negative view of anything the man says or does.
What faultroy wrote! Ditto.

And I doubt if he will even care if they don't.

Clint Eastwood's presentation was delightful and right on! The time slot was exactly right. He woke everyone up! Got their attention! Everyone was trying to figure out what he was doing-slightly disheveled hair, hesitant manner of speaking, humor with the empty chair, all interspersed with 'truth'. Nothing senile or decrepit about it. Just Clint at his best! Some on the right still don't get it. The left is making all kinds of noises because they know Clint nailed their Great One to that chair! Whoever had the idea of asking Clint Eastwood to speak at the convention had a brilliant idea and Clint is probably still laughing at all the different 'explanations' of what he was doing or trying to do. Way to go, Clint!
Really, Herman? And you can PROVE that with irrefutable evidence? Or, are you just parroting what you have heard others say?
