The operative word here is "systemic." We no longer have elections; we have cattle drives where huge segments of "no information voters" are cajoled, prodded and bussed to their respective voting processing plants. I applaud this effort by True The Vote but I suspect that there enough powerful people who don't want the truth known about this particular race that it will be struck down. The last thing the establishment wing of either party wants to see is "free and fair elections."
