Exactly what I have been saying on these threads since this "smoke and mirrors" plot to fool us into supporting a bill that will do nothing but give those here illegally amnesty. For those who demand border security first, it is meant as a warm fuzzy by saying "we're working on it." I heard Marco Rubio in one of his media appearances yesterday trying to sell this sham. So much for a bright young "conservative" in the Republican Party; Rubio thinks we are as stupid as the Democrats do.
