Obama Snubs Freedom Fighter, Lech Walesa

Strike three I would think. First, Obama cuts Poland off at the knees by rescinding our commitment to install the missile defense system in Poland. Then, he makes his "Polish death camps" gaffe and now this. It isn't that Obama thinks Walesa is too political; it is that Walesa is seen as having been a key figure in the break-up of the former Soviet Union. Can't have someone like him in the White House now can we, what with all that new flexibility Obama promised with Medvedev.
From suing states that have implemented voter ID legislation to preventing states from certain fraud because of illegal citizens to dead people on their voting rolls, the DOJ and DHS are implicit in the commission of vote fraud. The DOJ continuously uses the law to break the law and it goes unpunished. The indictment of Eric Holder for crimes against the state must be job one of the new administration
People voted for Obama because they wanted "hope and change." They got a dope and pain. Now Obama has nothing inspiring to run on so he is pulling out all the stops in the Democrat strategy of lies, innuendo and character assassination. Obama is not one to learn from his missteps however and in spite of the fact that his pillage and burn, or in Obama's case, burn and pillage strategy is failing big time, he will just double down on failure. But let's just keep that little secret to ourselves :-).
Obama doesn't have to worry about the Supreme Court overturning Obamacare however, Nancy Pelosi said it would be upheld because "she" know the constitution.
You just gotta love the liberal/progressive/Marxist mind. They never fail; they just didn't go far enough. Yep, we really do want to give Obama a second chance to add even more oppressive and bureaucratic tangles further ensnaring 1/6 of this nation's economy.

BREAKING: Unemployment Jumps up to 8.2%

Dan_NV Wrote: Jun 01, 2012 9:34 AM
Fuzzy math and phony numbers. How else to evaluate a system that no longer considers people who have fallen off the unemployment insurance claims list or who are so dispirited they have simply stopped looking as "no longer unemployed?" Must be another definition of "is."
As far as Warren's ethnic lineage is concerned, frankly, there is no there, there. What is of importance is the fact that there is no there, there with respect to anything that liberals say, claim or profess. Said differently, liberalism is a lie and an exploitation of the politically correct platform they have imposed on America for their own benefit and largess. That, is the issue and that is an enormous problem that must be eliminated.
Abortion is bad enough but supporting the abortion of a child just because you don't like the particular gender? That's beyond abortion, it is premeditated murder. Do the Democrats really believe they are winning with issues like this? First, a federal court strikes down the Defense of Marriage Act and now this. The left has degenerated to the point of complete depravity.

DOMA Ruled Unconstitutional

Dan_NV Wrote: May 31, 2012 3:03 PM
I know the left will cheer this decision but I think their celebration is premature and will be short lived. The left has been shoving this stuff down the throats of the American people since Obama became president. The constitution actually means nothing to them except when they think they can use it to justify one of their perversions. A majority of the people however, are tired of this judicial bullying by the left and they will reap their revenge in November. Enough of this crap!
I think the GOP's response to this issue would be better directed to what Obama believes (via Carney's answer) is the government's responsibility with respect to the private sector. In essence, what Carney is saying is that the government now has oversight of businesses, their employees and their futures. It is a very telling revelation of the mindset of what the left believes is the role of government.
