Chalkboard Rebellion in the Golden State

I have been a member of a teacher's union for the entire 23 years I have been in education. The process to opt out is a pain. The leaders of the union are mostly liberals and are very intolerant of those with opposing views. The only good thing about their list of who to vote for is that it clearly helps me to know who NOT to vote for. PTVoice @ http://heyuteacher.blogspot.com/

Obama’s Minimum Wage Plan

Dan883 Wrote: Feb 18, 2013 12:27 PM
Well said. I used to work for a very well run restaurant chain. They were family owned and actually, contrary to liberal dogma, cared a great deal about all their employees. Many employees were paid minimum wage plus tips. When the minimum wage was increased was the cost of meals increased. All restaurants raised their prices, from McDonald's to Mimi's Cafe. When the minimum wage goes up the standard of living for the poor and middle classes goes down. Not smart. Not helpful. PTVoice at http://www.thussaithme.blogspot.com/

Yep, Mrs. Spinton, former chief council to Wild Bill Spinton, must be missing the gene that holds a conscience, because if the value of an American is other worth nothing more that a 10 minute snooze button nap, than life isn't worth much. PTVoice at http://thussaithme.blogspot.com

Question: When will the something force the government to do something other than pay off voters? PTVoice at http://thussaithme.blogspot.com
I wish that common sense had anything to do with how the liberal mind works, but it does not. The ability to be confronted with a question, ignore it, and ask another question, thus avoiding any real issue, is a core skill for all liberals. Using common sense to find a reasonable answer is out of the question. PTVoice at http://thussaithme.blogspot.com/

Trillion Dollar Coin Idea Dies Sudden Death

Dan883 Wrote: Jan 13, 2013 11:38 AM
The dumbest thing about the platinum coin is the problem with all ideas that have to do with money coming from Democrats. No one asks, "How are you going to pay for it?" I know J Foxx thinks Obama is god but, many must think he can create platinum by fiat. I know, they would just ask the rich to, fairly, pay a little more. Which like we saw in the fiscal cliff solution means the working class will pay again. PTVoice at http://thussaithme.blogspot.com

I love that story about Lincoln and Grant. And I completely agree that the republican party needs to buck it up and keep the the ideals that the party has stood for. The one thing that needs to be done is to articulate the message around the mainstream media. Pass the whiskey! PTVoice at http://thussaithme.blogspot.com/
