I still maintain that there should be a Constitutional Amendment providing for the immediate impeachment of any justice that cites rules, regulations, laws, or other documents from foreign or religious sources, including the U.N., unless specifically authorized by the U.S. Congress.

A quote from The Federalist No. 57, attributed to Madison or Hamilton, says it best, when speaking of the American spirit: "If this spirit shall ever be so far debased as to tolerate a law not obligatory on the legislature, as well as on the people, the people will be prepared to tolerate anything but liberty."
