There is so much wrong here. Firstly, moral turpitude is a phrase used in Criminal Law to describe conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty, or good morals. Crimes involving moral turpitude have an inherent quality of baseness, vileness, or depravity with respect to a person's duty to another or to society in general. Examples include rape, forgery, Robbery, and solicitation by prostitutes. Now, number two, The article reported that his email account at the city office was traced to the porn site. That makes him guilty of "moral turpitude" while employed by the city. Jerk his retirement! It is a travesty of justice that this perverted freak was not sent to prison for life. He essentially was a co-conspirator and accessory to the rape of a small child. Think of it, an innocent baby brutally molested and scarred for life! Hanging would be to merciful a punishment for this vile POS!!
