Everyone thinks they are free from responsibility. Just lie about it, or change your story. If they get too close; attack the "lesser" person's credibility. Portray yourself as a victim and pray that they don't have to perseverance to push the issue until you get caught.

To see this kind of conduct in action, check out the testimony of Dr. Edward J Connor on http://www.DanHelpsKids.com

Cut the Power of the Family Courts

The Family Court system exists because divorce exists. If one person in a divorce doesn't concede to anything, it shouldn't be the other person's responsibility to agree to everything the other person wants. My Ex filed for divorce and then wanted to limit my time with my 3 and 5 year old daughters to Wednesday evenings and every other weekend. Am I being unreasonable for wanting to play an equal role in my children's lives as I always have? People tell fathers that they have to step up and play a major role in the lives of our children. When we do, they say we are just acting like we want to be full time dads to spite the mother. I was accused of rushing my 17 month old daughter to the pediatrician for a breathing problem because...

Great point. Every year there seems to be a national story about a mother suffering from depression or some other disorder who drives her children into a pond or kills her children because the mother is mentally unstable. Is that a reason to set a precedence that all mothers who have been treated for depression be stripped of their children? No. If one father commits a heinous crime against his children, it becomes case law and a rational for the courts to do anything they want. The founding fathers set up the court system the way they did for a reason. They didn't put in exemptions for the family courts.

The Family Court System is, in itself, an oxymoron. The US court system was set up by laws and rules that were set forth by the US Constitution. Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Religion. Right to Bear Arms. Right to Due Process. A Family Court Judge can take away all of those rights if the other parent successfully argues that it is in the best interest of the children for the court to ignore the other parent's rights. I had my parenting time eliminated due to a custody evaluation and I was prohibited from obtaining a copy of the case file from the evaluation. Imagine not being able to see if there were any facts to support the findings of the evaluation. Imagine if the evaluation made no mention of you being a danger to anyone...

Many government officials do not care about the welfare of children. Too often they use children as convenient backdrops for their political agendas. For more information go to http://www.danhelpskids.com

I still have concerns for Hispanic US citizens. As a victim of the family courts and police harassment, the constitutional rights of citizens under the law are as safe as long as the people enforcing the law are not corrupt. Check out http://www.danhelpskids.com for more information.
