And he has literally relagated those 13 percent monorities into a federal slavery. The minorities are beholden to an "owner", from whom they expect their needs to be met. That is the definition of slavery. They are not, and they will not be "free" to advance themselves to what ever level they aspire to. Not only that, but he is forcing everyone else into the same situation! We will not be free, we will be federal slaves, standing in line to receive what ever the "feds" decide we are worth getting. Wake up people, this is the "fundamental change" he has been taling about!!

Call it over-reach, hubris, arrogance; call it what you will, but for all practical purposes Obama’s presidency and experimentation in transformative politics is over.
