Tax and Debt Bomb

By calling his proposal to raise taxes the elimination of "tax expenditures," Obama has done us a favor. He has proven yet again that he is incapable of telling the truth, and he has tacitly admitted that telling the truth would have doomed his proposal, so instead he chose to hide his true intent with clever sounding rhetoric.
At what point will we admit that Keynsian theory is just wrong? I suppose that IF we had trillions of dollars stashed away in a rainy day fund, and IF we chose to use that money to create demand during a downturn, then Keynes may have been right. However, inasmuch as we have to borrow the money we choose to inject, creating a debt obligation for future generations to repay, then Keynesian theory is as dead as Keynes himself.

Sure, we knew it, even with her mouth shut. She is a liberal (a flaming liberal) and by definition liberals are crazy

How many 65+ year old people do you know that are currently employed in intense labor jobs?

And using your definition, income taxes become robbery, since I did not want to give my money to welfare, food stamps, AFDC, Planned Parenthood, NPR, ACORN, and on and on. Frankly, I would like to think that my "investment" in social security over my 40 years in the workforce will pay off, but I am also smart enough to know that liberal government is but a gamble, and what Uncle Sam giveth, Uncle Sam can taketh away.

Herman Cain Bets On Main Street

The really great thing about Mr Cain is that he would take away the ridiculous argument that conservatives object to a black man in the White House.

Since the wealthy are parasites, why not surgically remove them, Roman Lion? Then perhaps you could put forth your plan to replace the 50% of income taxes these parasites pay. Unless the rich pay no state income taxes, social security taxes, medicare taxes - I bet they pay their fair share in those categories too. Property taxes? Who owns more property than the rich? Cigarette taxes? You may have a point. I suspect those smart enough to become wealthy are also smart enough to avoid tobacco.

There you go again - trying to refute liberal talking points with facts and logic. When will you ever learn, Dr Williams?
