Finally, someone who remembers that Clinton's policies of raising taxes on the upper income earners led directly to the surplus, despite Republicans predictions of double digit everything. Instead we got a stock market that doubled, 23 million jobs created, and a surplus that allowed GWB to buy votes. "It's your money".
