I went to a rally Saturday in Bloomington, Il where one of the speakers was a very nice young gentleman (Eric Wallace) who is running for Senate. He happens to be a Conservative and is also an African American. As it happened there were hispanics, indians, and african-americans at this event as well as many young folks. It was most encouraging to witness.
Where people come up with this claim that if you oppose any thing from this Administration it's a race issue is beyond me and is totally stupid and false. Are there racist out there? Sure. Are we all racist? Certainly not. I for one do not like being told by people who don't know me that I'm a racist.

This is just a sneaky way for this administration and the left to put the Bush Administration on trial and has nothing to do with hoping to convict this madmen. As stated before...they have a right to confront their accusers (aka The Bush admin.) The left has been wanting them thrown in jail now for years...this is the sneaky way to go about it.

Has anyone thought that perhaps Hoffman may have won if the boneheads of N.Y. 23 had not have voted for Dede Sofo? (the so called Republican) who was no longer running? How stupid is that? In my mind it's still a win of sorts for conservatives because they at least got her liberal butt out of the way.

As a former ABC viewer, I've been a fan of yours for many years.
I would love to see Judge Napolitona (sp?) & others more often to explain the Constitution to everybody. The left DOES watch Fox News. Maybe they can learn something useful for a change.
Let's find out when and how it all went wrong and how to restore it now.
Be the watchdog for every court issue, every Senate and Congress issue that does not follow the Constitution to the letter and let us know.
