Every objective report about ghetto life says that the major problems are caused by dope, alcohol, sexual predatation, lack of education and violence. From personal experience I report that when the money check comes from the government there is a tremendous increase in dope and alcohol consumption and sexual congress; and fewer kids going to school for a few days. Until the money runs out, and then begins the increase in violent crime. How are you liberals gonna fix it?

Liberals didn't create the ghettos; neither did conservatives. Specific historical events and pressures did. Now, how to fix them...a worthy question, that I don't think anybody really has an answer to regardless of his political persuasion, unfortuately. That would include me.
