No, but farmers can and should hire LEGAL guest workers. The federal gov't has the H2-A visa program that lets farmers bring in an UNLIMITED number of seasonal agricultural guest workers. Of course, most illegal aliens don't work in agriculture anyway, but under stolen SS numbers alongside Americans at jobs Americans clearly are doing and will do when they can get them. ICE audits regularly turn this situation up at companies ranging from Chipotle to Target to Pacific Steel.
