Of course we would, the pro-slavery states would have put slavery into their constitution if it wasn't overruled by the US Constitution. That is the contention you made above - a state's people can put a discriminatory amendment into their constitution regardless of what the US Constitution states.

The will of the people was also to keep blacks from marrying whites. That is why we have a Constitution and court system.

Any time civil rights are being restricted it is a US Constitutional matter, eg 14th amendment. If you were correct, we'd still have slavery.

That is true but State Constitutions do not overrule the US Constitution. That was settled by the civil war.

Not always, but generally. Remember, the majority wanted to keep the laws that kept blacks and whites from marrying. This is no different, a bigoted majority trying to force discriminatory laws against a small minority.

Of course it is, the court is where people turn to combat un-Constitutional laws. That is exactly the purpose of the court.

Have you ever masturbated? How about gotten a blow job? Those aren't what those appendages evolved for, but they work.

Yet, even though muslims may find the way you dress disgusting, you are free to dress in shorts or wear t-shirts in public because this is a free country.
