ACA isn't modeled after the NHS. Period. Whether a person thinks the NHS would be a good model for the US is completely different from what we got. Not to mention, Berwick is not in office anymore.

FACT: The ACA was first proposed under Reagan. Then re-proposed by Heritage when Clinton was President. Your last Republicanist candidate implemented the darn thing in his very state! No citation for it being debunked at all from you. Keep trying.

Yeah. It's quite obvious that you're living off the government. Such a low information person like yourself wouldn't be able to survive in the private sector. Enjoy your free Obamacare that I'm paying for and whatever other money you're getting from my tax dollars.

More lies from the extreme right wing. Hitler is a hero to Republicanists.

Yes, I've provided the citations...you refuse to read them. That's about as simple as it gets. The Republicanists lie through their teeth.

"Wrong. I receive no government assistance of any kind." Yeah right. A low functioning individual like yourself? I'm guessing you filed for disability and are completely living off the government.

Financing versus delivery. Your previous lie was that the ACA was modeled after the NHS. Financing and delivery is handled by the government under the NHS. Under the ACA, both financing and delivery are handled by the private sector.

FACT: We physicians know about medical loss ratios. We physicians know that the law mandates that companies with previous MLRs of 65% need to raise them to 80%-85%. The amount of money going toward health care costs in doing so should easily cover the COST of including everything you said was going to raise your PRICE. You aren't forced into buying into a risk pool. You can just as easily take the additional tax, which for you I'm assuming would probably be $95 seeing as you don't appear to have the intelligence to make much more than the FPL. My insurance premiums went down. Not up. Switched from United to Humana (state of Florida). Better co-insurance. Copay is the same. Deductible is $2000 less ($4000 going to $2000). I see you're also repeating the lie about "denied treatment because it was deemed to costly." How ignorant yet so very typical of you Republicanists. The ACA prevents that behavior which was commonplace before the ACA.
