Sarah is not really a nice person. I worked with her for five years. She's a slacker when it comes to doing work, even to a point of being downright irresponsible. Against my better judgment I supported her campaign for Governor of Alaska. Please stop supporting this con artist. She promised her supporters to stand up to the oil companies and build the All Alaska Gas Pipeline---then turned around and DID the exact opposite, just like all the other politicians. You cannot trust a word that woman says. It is ALL just TALK.
Sarah Palin talks the talk, but she doesn't walk the walk. Check out her 2006 campaign for Governor in Alaska and see what she promises to do. Then check out her record as Governor and see what she actually did. "The Undefeated" is a largely imaginary tale created by an enormous and not-very-truthful ego and a handful of willing sycophants, but in the end it is such more self-serving Big Lies when you look at her actual record----and a real insult to John Wayne that she would steal the title of one of his movies and associate her unscrupulous self with The Duke.
I am from Alaska, a 30-year Republican who supported Sarah for Governor. NEVER AGAIN! She is a total con artist. She campaigned promising to stand up to the oil companies and build the All Alaska Gas Pipeline. As soon as she was elected, she turned coat, did everything the oil companies wanted, handed us a bill for $500 million, and skipped town. Five years later we are no closer to having affordable or secure energy in Alaska, no closer to having our gas resources developed. And it is because Sarah Palin is a lying cheat who didn't keep her word to supporters.
Well, thank God that NASA isn't officially involved......

A New Wave of Bigotry

Read Star Parker's book, Uncle Sam's Plantation. She's a former inner city black welfare mother who made it up and out. She shares her observations and provides many proofs, that the welfare state holds blacks and other minority groups down, keeps them enslaved, and destroys their dreams and their families and their morality, too. Read it and weep. It is unsparing, without self-pity, and it doesn't even come across as shrill or griping, it's far more profound than that. It's the moment when someone says, "Hey, look! The Emperor is naked!"
Hello? He already has taken the lead. He has a 67% approval rating among Independent Voters, and they are the ones who decide elections, so if the Republicans have sense enough to choose him, they already have the White House.
Well, like it or not, 16 in every 100 black men over the age of 18 are in prison right now, serving time. Of course, the other statistics, including those for education, jobs, and income are just as bad. It becomes a chicken and egg question to some extent, but when you do what Ron Paul did, and factor in poverty and unemployment factors by comparing the statistics of the bottom 12% of whites against the 12% total number of blacks, you see some very peculiar things, most markedly, that poor whites are far, far less likely to commit violent crimes than poor blacks. This may be a cultural thing or an anger thing---nobody knows the cause of it, and he did not suggest that RACE was the cause. He was simply observing a very strong statistic.
Who are YOU to define who or what a "Republican" is? Last time I looked, a Republican was someone who supports the Republican Party Platform, and I can tell you from long years of reviewing voting records that Ron Paul does a far, far, far better job of honoring the Republican Party Platform than ANY of the people you proclaim. Therefore, you ought to look at yourself and your own credentials as a Republican. Maybe you aren't really a Republican, if you don't support the platform and a man like Ron Paul, who so loyally and honestly does stand for the meat and blood of the only thing that defines "Republican" and which so many so-called Republicans think they can ignore.

Playing Politics With the Fed

Whatever else it is, the FED is NOT transparent.

And it should not have any standing in this nation.

It has done nothing but cause trouble and endless debt and pushed us toward fiat currency so that our own government and the international banking community could steal us blind with inflation and paper debt.

Enough is more than enough. Just wait for the fall out from Dubai. It's time for Congress to take the Constitution seriously, as Dr. Paul does.

The Racism of the Black Community

After fighting my way through a whole 15 years of civil rights efforts from Selma to Wounded Knee and beyond, imagine my consternation when friends accused me of being "racist" because I disagree with Obama's policies? I truly don't care what color a person's skin is---I care about the person inside the skin. I don't agree with Obama's actions would disagree no matter who or what held these position. Why is it that otherwise sane people are claiming that "race must enter into it" when it doesn't?
