Last night I heard two women I know talking about the election and how "Romney lied over and over". Before I knew it I was saying What? Romney lied? And Obama hasn't lied? Only like every time he opens his mouth. They were momentarily shocked and then both replied, "I'M happy!" I just said I don't get it and walked away. Both nice liberals, one a small business owner, the other a comfortable retiree. The answer is ignorance. They are uninformed and don't know they're are voting against their own interests. You can only overcome ignorance with information. Repubs refuse to refute attacks and refuse to educate. No wonder we keep losing.

Education must come, but from where? From our schools? All into the Progressive agenda, as if putting unsustainable debt on the kids is tolerable and a reflection of love.
The News or TV? On what channel? Fox is cable and called Faux Noise.
I do not doubt that our young would like the rebels' cause that Conservatism would represent, if they caught the vision of Brightbart's kids. If educated that 'there is no free lunch', the millions of responsible, hard-working and thinking minorities would join Republicans, but they are insulated against that eternal truth. At this point, it is counter-intuitive to them, but will never be false.
A billboard campaign would help, as some, among our population, actually think.

"There is no free lunch" Ahh! If they only knew! Believe me the takers know. They don't care where it comes from. And we can't blame only "them". We all grab whatever we can thats outwardly legal or available through a loophole. With millions of laws on the books we are near a state of chaos!

Mr Paul-I TOTALLY agree with your comprehensive "billing" proposal-And a record of such payment must be presented in order to vote in the future! How's that for a NON-POLL TAX??

Good idea! Then thousands of responsible voters would decide elections instead of millions of irresponsible voters.

I’m not much of a whiner, nor am I someone who makes predictions. I’d hoped for a Romney victory, though more for an Obama defeat. But that, when you think about it, was the problem. While there’s no doubt Romney would’ve been a much better President than the current occupant of that office, when people are presented with a choice between the vague they know and a vague they don’t know, they will pick what they know.

Romney offered a vision of American that was different, but didn’t spend a lot of time explaining how it would get to...
