So the problem is that the guns came from outside the City. If that is in fact the case, how will registration or stricter gun control help the law abiding citizen. My guess is the guns will continue to come in and I doubt that the criminal element is going to trot on down to City Hall to register them so they can be in compliance. Our Baltimore County Police Chief can represent all the orgnaizations he desires. The only reason those groups want to ban or register forearms to acheive greater control. They were also probably told that if they didn't go along with the program their funding would be cut.

"So the problem is that the guns came from outside the City"

If that is the case, then why don't those locales "outside the city" that are the source of the guns have as high, or higher, crime rate than the city???

Ban guns in the U.S. and they will be smuggled in from outside the country.

Overseas manufacturers and the smugglers must be salivating.

Refer to topic research terms "alcohol", "Prohibition", "Joseph Kennedy", "Alphonse Capone", "The War on Drugs", and "Repeal".

Senator Ted Cruz wonders: If gun control works, why are the cities with the most gun control so violent? Watch and learn.
