Romney is as different from Obama as night and day. Romney is a natural born citizen - and his dad was a U.S. citizen! Romney will send out a waiver to all 50 states so they can opt out of Obamacare. Romney is for DOMA -Defense of Marriage act. He has said so many times, and fought to overturn gay marriage in Massachusetts. Romney worships and follows Jesus Christ and His teachings. He supports and defends the U.S. Constitution. Having listened to almost all the GOP debates this past year - except for one or two of them - Romney was the most articulate, with plans to turn our economy and the deficit/debt around, and is for every conservative value I hold dear. He's a winner, and we're lucky we have him running this year!
MIchael - Having read your first column and choosing not to respond because I thought it so ridiculous, let me respond to this one. I find it appalling that you would still be searching for a better candidate. At this time, Romney is the nominee and he's a darn good one. I'd even say we're extremely fortunate that someone of his caliber is the GOP nominee at such a crossroad! You're feeding your own ego by writing such a column, and dividing our political party by doing so! A vote for anyone than Romney, or not voting, puts Obama in for 4 more years. Obama is leading our country firmly into socialism and with four more years, that stance will be in cement.

Mitt Romney Is Not the Answer

God will punish us even more if we don't vote for the choice (Romney) other than Obama. Let's see: Obama is for gay marriage? Check. Obama is for abortions? Check. Obama is for activist Supreme Court Justices who'll tear apart our Constitution for the next 20 or 30 years? Check. Obama is selling our country out in many ways - more debt than any President in the history of our country, willing to be "more flexible" with the Russians after he wins, and putting our country in a firmly socialist path with Obamacare that will be etched in stone within another 4 years.
Exactly - good point. Romney is the opposite of Obama.
Exactly - good point. Romney is the opposite of Obama.
Lesser of two evils? Romney is not Obama and is certainly not the lesser of two evils - he is the opposite of Obama on just about every policy there is!!! Immigration, defense of marriage, pro-life, believes in capitalism and getting our nation out of debt and out of Obamacare. Choosing anyone other than Romney this fall is a vote for Obama.
You've got to be kidding me - have you read Romney's views on immigration? America is doomed if we vote for anyone other than Romney, or if we don't vote at all. Obama will mean four years of "having more flexibility". Which means he'll nominate activist Supreme Court justices that will destroy our Constitution and will be in place for another 20 or 30 years. Which means he'll likely cut deals with the Russians. Which means our deficit will spiral so out of control our children and grandchildren will be in bondage from debt. Which means defense of marriage goes out the window, gay marriage will be upheld, and Obamacare will have such a grip on our nation - we won't be able to get out of it.
Romney will not be following demands from Salt Lake. The only things Romney will be choosing to follow are the will of the majority of Americans, and following the gospel of Christ which is reflected in the values all Christians hold dear.

Problem with Obama's "plan" for illegal aliens is that he announced it without approval of Congress. Unconstitutional. Not many in the media picking that up.
