Obama Wins by Going Negative and Turning Out Base

I'm loving your misery Barone. You deserve it. You and your ilk did a tremendous disservice to the fools who watch Fox and read your insipid musings. Rpmney was always behind in the polls by 2-3 points in Ohio, yet you tried to convince the fools that he had a chance. You're a liar -- plain and simple. Next time, try telling the truth -- not that it matters on this site, home on of the one-tooth, knuckledragging morons who make up the mainstay of today's GOP.

The Dims won Ohio precisely by mounting a massive propaganda campaign aimed at "knuckledragging morons" by demonizing Romney. The knuckle-dragging morons won. More economic misery will follow, particularly in the Ohio Rust Belt. "Tales of ghosts will drive a fool through a forest of wolves at night."

What is it about Liberals that all they seem to be able to do is attack people and call people names. Why don't you try saying something constructive about your ideas and why you think your ideas are superior to conservative ideas. As for Mr. Barone being wrong, yes he was this time, but he has been right far more often than wrong. Will he study this election and modify his forecasting approach, from my following on and off following of his writing from the early 1980s on, I would say yes. Did he lie, I don't think so, his model was incorrect this cycle.

Joe, there are two reasons:

1. Ever since the 1960s, liberals have made acting like jerks into a political statement. Whether it's rioting, shouting obscenities, spray-painting graffiti, you can be sure the Left is doing it.

2. They have nothing but hatred and contempt for conservatives, and don't believe in debating them, only in destroying them.

Liar. MSNBC and the liberal blogs and commentators made this about race. Now the country is more divided than ever. You should be ashamed but you have no shame, just like Obama. Disgraceful.
Lukewarm. That's the feeling I get from the election numbers.

Turnout was apparently down, at least as a percentage of eligible voters. The president was re-elected by a reduced margin. The challenger didn't inspire the turnout surge he needed.

Every re-elected president since Andrew Jackson has won with an increased popular vote percentage. Barack Obama didn't. He won 53 percent to 46 percent in 2008. His numbers as I write are 50 percent to 48 percent over Mitt Romney. That could go up to 51 percent to 48 percent when California finishes its count, which took five weeks in 2008.

Obama owes most...
