The scriptures say, "Surely the Lord God will do nothing save He reveal it by his servants the prophets." He is the same yestereday, today and forever. He has spoken and worked through prophets in Biblical times and does so today because that is how he works. You obviously know nothing about the life and accomplishments of Joseph Smith or you would be one of his biggest fans. He did the things that prophets do. You have no authority to judge Joseph Smith but he being the prophet of the restoration surely has the authority to judge you. BE CAREFUL.
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people – for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
