The Obama Slaughter

I’m still waiting for Ms. Liebau to say that the Colorado Republican governor’s candidate Dan Maes should get out of the race given that his small following is going to result a win for the democrat. That was the stance she took towards Tom Tancredo when things were the other way around. I sent Ms. Liebau an email asking about this double standard but never received a reply. Will anyone join me in pressing her on this?

It’s not clear in what venue you expressed your original views or what your exact words were, but perhaps what upset Mike Adams was your tone. In the piece above, you smarmily refer to those who think homosexuality is a choice as “fundamentalist zealots.” You then go on to compare such an opinion to the belief that babies are delivered by storks. Looks like you deserved some of what you got. Personally I don’t believe that the feeling of homosexuality is a choice, although I do believe that more and more there are those who CHOOSE it as a lifestyle in an age when the lines have become somewhat blurred. But since I’m not a psychologist and don’t follow the science behind these things, it’s never been clear to me what proof there...

UPDATED: This story isn't real, right?

I know that it’s become popular nowadays to dis republicans, but this ‘eat your own’ mentality is nothing but self-defeating. The only people who gain from a hysterical overreaction will be the party of Barack Obama.

Michael Steele is one individual. His actions do not and should not taint the entire party. If the allegations turn out to be true, some people are going to use this to shamelessly denounce all republicans. I would expect that from democrats, but from conservatives it would be nothing short of traitorous.

If Steele is guilty of misspending funds then he should be removed from his post and someone new appointed. That’s it. End of story. Those who try to turn it into something more, whether they be Left...

Crist Signals a Party Swap

There’s been a lot of talk lately about throwing out ALL republicans or ALL incumbents, as if everyone who goes by those labels is the same. They’re not.

Crist will do us all a valuable service if he runs as an independent because it will open peoples’ eyes to the fact that it is the candidate’s substance, rather than their label, that is most important. Anybody can call themselves anything they want, as evidenced by the fact that Obama calls himself a democrat rather than a socialist; but it is their actions we should be judging them by, not the label they choose to give themselves.

That being said, no one should ever vote for a democrat since no true conservative would ever go by that label.
...; however, all citizens who obtain medical services in Louisiana will be required to pay for those services with their OWN money.
