You're right except that the Venona transcripts were decoded and translated at the time. This means that the NSA and any in the govt with whom they shared the information knew at the time that the allegations of communist infiltration particularly in the State Dept were all true and likely far worse than what was alleged. To whom does the NSA report and what is the title at the top of that chain? Why did the WH hide the State Dept personnel records in the basement of the WH so that Congress could not subpoena them? Who had the power to make that happen? Why, exactly, did the FBI use McCarthy to get that list out rather than do it themselves? Who had more power than the head of the FBI at that time? One man and only one man could have orchestrated all of this and there is really only one reason to do so.

Pffft. We don't owe the Fed squat. Write that debt right off and imprison anyone from those banks that tries to collect. They created money out of thin air and used it to buy bonds on which we pay the interest. We even pay to print any of the physical money. They gave us nothing and we pay them royally. Strike that debt from the books, cut spending and pay off the debt to foreign banks/nations.
Murthy is a political hack. Hired for his allegiance to the far-left ideology that is the Obama belief system.
I answer a question like that with a really personal question of my own. When they tell me that it's none of my business, I just look at them. Doesn't take too long for the message to sink in. Better than yelling and carrying on.

That is horrible. I have zero doubt that absolutely nothing happened to the little b#5ch that tried to ruin your life. That's the part that is the worst- women are free to lie and make these allegations with absolutely no consequences coming their way.

As much as I love hyperbole, dang! There are a lot of things about being gay that seem as though they'd be mighty uncomfortable, even worse than the occasional feminist encounter.
Put Smeagel's behind in jail with the understanding that he gets released when his people comply with the court order. Then after they comply take an extra couple of months to find his paperwork.

C'mon. They're right next to each other and both have phenomenal skiing (although Colorado has much better beer).

Yes. The GOP had a great night. Those elected were put there because we were less concerned with ideology than with stopping Obama. Election night is over and now the GOP has to show that they will deliver. This is literally the last time they will win an election if they don't take bold steps. Ann is touting a Karl Rovian approach to electing any GOPer no matter how liberal they might be. We saw how that worked the last time. This time had better be different.
Well Ms. Saunders, Maher is right. What he describes is Islam. Not some violent sub-sect but the plain reading of the Koran expressing an 8th-century system on a 21st century world. This so-called small band of extremists are wholly unopposed by the Muslim world as a whole and are supported at least tacitly by a wide majority of Muslims. One of the underlying precepts of Islam is the establishment of the caliphate and death/conversion/subjugation for anyone brought under their power. Note the absence of tolerance for others and other religions. No, you may wish that all of those mythical moderate Muslims will someday rise up and retire the bearded ones but this will never happen. What will happen is what always happens: the first Muslims in an area keep a low profile, they then grow in numbers requesting tolerance for their traditions and the lovely 5 am wake-up call issued from a tower every day. After they feel like they have the power to do so they begin to exert pressure like in Dearbornistan- seeking to silence critics and make any criticism of their goals or methods tantamount to hate speech. Once they have the numerical superiority and believe that they can get away with it, the persecution of "others" begins. No, not a peaceful people with a few crazies. You're wrong there. Maher is right. I can't believe that you forced me to type that.

Hysterical Media Tells Us To Calm Down

Exactly. Just because it could happen but has not happened yet we should absolutely disregard common-sense and scientifically-valid protocols that do not decrease but eliminate the risk of spreading an exceptionally virulent disease about which little is known. Kaci absolutely has the right to potentially spread Ebola far and wide because her feelings are far more important than the consequences of Ebola spreading up and down the Eastern seaboard. I'd love to see Pres. Zero invite her to stay with his wife and daughters in their quarters in the WH.
