Well, this is central PA. Everyone knows everyone else and a lot of them are somehow related to each other. Quite a few people will grow up and settle down in the same town in which they were raised or very close by.
Yep. They would have been "careless" with the list or had a computer "stolen" and the names somehow released, making those on the list targets for harassment and theft. I can just imagine local PD pulling one of these guys over every time they go to pick their kids up from school or athletic practice.
Indeed. This is not a densely-populated county, even by central PA standards. That many discounts would likely need to have been nearly everyone renewing over a multi-year period. I love how the auditor describes it as "costing the county $13,000 in revenue". It cost them nothing. It's not their money in the first place. Nobody, especially the GD taxpayers, should have to pay the government a dime to assert their God-given rights as free men.

Jim, that first sentence... wow.
Malloy doesn't need to win. All he needs to do is get close enough to let the Democrat Cheat Machine take over and engineer an Al Franken-type victory.

Hahahaha. Winner.
I don't think he was ragging on the microbrews. He was ragging on the selfish jerk that brings a sixpack of expensive microbrew to a picnic and refuses to share with anyone else. He'll pay for premium brew but only for himself. That was the point.
Ha. At a picnic tomorrow we will not discuss politics; we are all conservatives of varying degrees except for one guy that is a college professor. He has long ago quit taking the bait, tired as he is of being verbally beaten down by the crowd.
The Warthog is so ugly, it's beautiful. Just a week ago two A-10s overflew my office at about 150 ft. Loud and very cool. I guessed that they were from Fort Indiantown Gap.

Slavery Reparations

I'll give him fifty to change it back. Even if the reparations hustle gets through, sold as the final step to reconciliation and the end to racial disparity, it wouldn't last long. It'd be about ten minutes later that Al and Jesse started to refer to the one-time massive payment as the "down payment" and began agitating for a series of massive payments. They'd get to help decide who got the cash with a nice cut coming towards them.
well the 2nd does apply to Congress or the Federal govt. The individual states get to make those restrictions if the citizens there decide it is so. It is of note that the other rights do not seem to get similarly restricted, though. I wonder if all of these states have laws specifically noting the acceptance of valid out-of-state drivers' licenses.
