And the left-leaning Catholic Church, after decades of laying in bed with the left, are finally starting to realize that they have been used by their progressive "allies". I wonder how that feels? All these years of support while conveniently ignoring the left's lust for abortion resulted in them being thrown away at the first chance.

Realization and repentence of wrongdoing is a good thing. It's slow, but the Church is finally realizing the trouble with siding with the Democrats.

Last week the Obama administration issued a bogus compromise on the contraception mandate in ObamaCare through Health and Human Services. The deal? Institutions deemed "religious" by the government get a pass while businesses morally opposed to the mandate still must provide insurance plans to employees that provide contraception without a co-pay.
