According to the figures you've referenced the average Family monthly premium dropped 0.5% between 2011 and 2012; I'm not sure how is this is worth noting when their was an increase of 5.6% between 2010 and 2011, which is probably more like what we would expect with healthcare insurance, and now a 46.8% increase between 2012 and 2013, which is at least 4 times more than we would expect? Your statement is a bit misleading.

As with most conceptions, Obamacare was conceived behind closed doors. Unlike most conceptions though, there were many hands involved and lots of money tossed around. And but for the Immaculate Conception, it could have a larger impact than any other.
