Clinton had a budget that was starting to pay off the debt, but Bush didn't stick to it. Instead he decided to launch a $1 trillion+ war. Republicans were happy to get their rebates then, now they're complaining about the debt. This is why Republicans don't belong in the WH until they figure it out.

Your memory of the congress that Clinton had....then the congress that Bush had....and you just might start to see a pattern of democrat control of congress in the case of Bush or republican control of congress in the case of Clinton...

BUT when you're a "nuanced" Lefty, facts don't matter.

Let's Cut to the chase, and through aul your nonsense.

You're either a George Soros clone, posting for a nickel a post. Well, at least you have a job, much like a pimped-out young girl standing on the corner of Hollywood and Vine.

On the other hand, you may just be an idiot.

Choose your poison, the choice is your's.

If you think the tax cuts caused the deficit, you don't understand economics or basic math. You also don't understand the difference between projections and actual spending, either. Congress passes budgets, btw, not Presidents.

But if you're trying to say we spent too much, then you're on the right track.

"This election, to me, is about which candidate is more likely to return us to full employment," says former President Bill Clinton in a new ad released by the Obama campaign. Most voters would agree, at least if one believes countless polls that show the economy and jobs are the nation's top concern.

So why are Democrats planning to make their convention a celebration of abortion and gay marriage? The Obama campaign has given a new and prominent surrogate role to Sandra Fluke, the former Georgetown law student and full-time lefty activist who achieved notoriety after Rush Limbaugh called...
