Yea, and all we heard for the last two years of his worthless presidency was, "Congress is blocking all our efforts to help the economy." or "I'ts Bush fault, or Tax the Rich." Pass the Buck, Obummer didn't give a damn about the economy until he realised it might have an effect on his re-election effort! He spent the two years he had a super majority trying to pass legislation to get carbon taxes passed! Loser, Pass the Buck Obummer is the worst president we have ever had!

With the unprecedented budget explosion of means-tested, welfare-related entitlements, does Team Obama think it can buy the election?

It's a cynical question. But I wouldn't put it past that cynical bunch.

Remember Harry Hopkins, Franklin Roosevelt's close aid? It was Hopkins who argued tax and tax, spend and spend, elect and elect. Sound familiar? And if I'm not mistaken, the high-tax, anti-rich, big-spending, redistributionist FDR is one of Barack Obama's idols.
