In response to:

Before Raising Rates, Obama Aides Should Pay Their Taxes

C'mon guys! This is nothing. The debt is 16 trillion +. You think a few righteous leadership officials doing their best to pay no more than their fair share in taxes is going to make a difference? If Republicans want to fix the debt problem seriously, then tax the rich. That is all that is needed.

Hey dumbazz, did you not read the news that taxing the rich in obama's plan only runs the US for 5 days. Five phucking days dipsh*t. What a solution.

Do you seriously think $80 billion a year is the answer to this country's financial woes?
Jay Wye Wrote: Dec 03, 2012 4:55 PM
DUH,taxing "the rich" would only cover 8 days of the current spending levels.
That is NOT why they want to "tax the rich".
It's "redistribution of wealth",to drag down the well-off because of ENVY.

you idiots FELL for their bait and switch;
Comrade Obama talked about taxing millionaires and billionaires, but now it's down to taxing the $250K and up brackets.
And you further fail to see that the real tax burden is going to fall on the brackets UNDER that $250K level.

Are you serious with this drivel? You will NEVER fix the debt problem by raising taxes on those who are already paying most of the taxes in this country in the first place! If you truly want to fix the problem you reduce runaway governmental spending and entitlements! Then you deregulate where possible and lower taxes to a level where companies can afford to operate here and bring jobs back with them!

For about eight days, and then what? I know I know. Keep spending!!!
Sonny13 Wrote: Dec 03, 2012 3:39 PM
Your parents had to have rubbed two turds together to produce you, there is no other rational explanation.
Jay Wye Wrote: Dec 03, 2012 4:57 PM
Ah,you're trying to be another Loyal Democrat-type satirist.

You have a long way to go with that.

I think that everyone should pay their fair share - unions should NOT be exempt from taxes so that they can buy golf resorts. And we should accept Obama's plan with the following conditions: repeal ObamaCare & all its tax increases and just say "NO" to even discussing a debt ceiling increase. See how serious Obama is! REMEMBER BENGHAZI AND THE COVERUP OF 4 AMERICANS INCLUDING THE AMBASSDOR BY OBAMA (splease share this by posting - don't let them get away with it {did you know that on 11/06, 52% of the people hadn't heard of BENGHAZI)

What a mindless fool you are. If the bottom 47% paid payroll taxes and we cut the freebies down 50%, it would help. Taxing the rich will not help, just a drop in the bucket. The gov't needs to pay their fairshare. Do you pay payroll taxes or do you get a refund at the end of the year?

He is your master, for sure.
Dumb. Do the math.

We all know by now fiscal cliff talks are at a stand still, but before President Obama asks those making more than $250,000 per year to pay more in taxes, he should first ask his own aides in the White House to pay their back taxes.

A few dozen people who work for President Obama are having some trouble paying their taxes.

The IRS has released its Federal Employee and Retiree Delinquency Inventory, and it shows that 36 of Obama’s aides owe a total of $833,970 in back taxes.

And what...
