Planned Parenthood Keeps Abortion Legal (Not so Much Safe and Rare)

Strange that Casey doesn't give any figures for medical problems that have arisen at these clinics. Especially strange, because he's trying to make the point that they're dangerous. The fact is that abortion is a very safe medical procedure. It would be interesting to compare his statistics with random inspections of maternity facilities because giving birth is seriously more dangerous than a early abortion.

Abortion is safe, eh? What about for this woman: http://www.christianpost.com/news/chicago-woman-dies-after-abortion-at-planned-parenthood-78671/ She died because the PP clinic avoided seeking emergency help when she continued to bleed. Finally an ambulance was called, but she ended up dying at the hospital. Her death has been ruled an accident, so PP gets off scott free! Former abortion clinic owner Carol Everett described how they would hide complications by putting patients in their own vehicles and dump that at ER rooms. These people don't care about women, they want to save face!

It seemed part of an effort to brand abortionists like Planned Parenthood as reluctant facilitators of a necessary evil instead of owner/operators of a thriving billion dollar industry.

Those days are gone. Planned Parenthood is now the nation’s largest abortion provider, performing nearly 900 abortions per day , or just over 37 an hour—that’s an abortion every 95 seconds. Which...
