Fact:

The best medical care in this country is run by the government. Consistently, it's rated amongst users as the best. It's what our military members get. It's not perfect, and needs some work, but it's significantly better than private insurance. Significantly. That's why you don't hear a bunch of military guys begging to get off of that program, begging to shop around in the private market for something that's soooo much better. Even conservative Kristol admitted as much to John Stewart.
