I hate to be pessimistic, however, the constitution has not stopped bho from implementing his unconstitutionl agenda up to this point, so why should this be any different? I'm not being cynical. I really don't see any reason why he will not do as he has always done; and been allowed to get away with. He may get more resistance on this one, but it will not stop him from moving forward with it anyway. And once he has issued his "executive orders" , everyone will be expected to complwith it just as we have with the unconstitutional illegal obamcare law. And if there is open rebellion; so much the better. This will give him theperfct excuse to install himself as official dictator and decalre martial law. Thank again obamaphone voters.
