I know a man whose parental rights were removed from his biological daughter due to a judge's flippant decision. Subsequently the daughter was serially raped by a man who became her ADOPTIVE father and she grew up to be a drug addict with serious anger and voilence issues and hepatitis C. All thanks to a judge who played God.

I had a judge that told me since my divorce was granted in Hawaii he was not going to recognize it in Puerto Rico. So I replied to him then I not obligated to pay child support. He almost had a heart attack, then I walk out of the court. That was in 1977. I did pay because it was my obligation and my child was not responsible for grown ups problems. Even double the amount required. Even though they try to screw with me until 1991. The judge was related to my ex mother in law.

crackerett: And I know of a girl who was serially raped by her biological father because the courts were unwilling to take action due to uncertainty. What is your point? Justice is not perfect and mankind is fallible.

Totalitarianism is brewing in the heartland. An Indiana inmate is now serving two years for voicing his online opinions against a judge who took away his child-custody rights during a divorce case. I know the custody case pretty well having written about it in 2009. But I'm convinced that the free speech case that is brewing in its aftermath heaps an even greater injustice upon an existing one. And I'm convinced it is showing the darker side of a dangerous man who needs to be stopped.
